Love your apparel or your money back.

We do, however, give refunds for wrong items sent or damaged / defective items. No refunds will be made past 30 days from the purchase date. Please contact hello@vinylrecordshow.com if you believe you're eligible for a refund.

Vinyl Record Show Tickets

All ticket purchases are eligible for a full refund up until 11:59 PM the Friday before the show.

To request a ticket refund, please email hello@vinylrecordshow.com before the Friday midnight deadline with your order details. Tickets are strictly non-refundable on the day of the show or anytime thereafter.
