How To Access Your Purchase!
Thanks for your purchase, and we can’t wait to see you at a show!
To make sure that happens, we want to tell you how to access your tickets.
Check your inbox
You should have an email in your inbox from Vinyl Record Show with the subject line that starts with “Vinyl Record Show: Order Confirmed“.
Your order confirmation email IS YOUR TICKET. (Please read that again)
Please save the email and show it to us on your phone at the ticket desk; you'll be checked in.
You can also print the email and bring it.
Please note that your order status will remain “Pending” until after the show.
What if you can’t find the email?
Try these two things:
Check your spam folder
Sometimes the order confirmation email hides there. Move it into your primary inbox.
If you used Apple Pay
The email is usually sent to the Apple email account associated with your Apple Pay account. This email address may be different from your primary account, so we recommend checking both to confirm.
Email us for support
If all else fails, please email hello+tickets@vinylrecordshow.com or ask at the ticket desk, and they will look you up in the system.
If you purchased a tote bag
Just like your tickets, your tote bag is picked up at the ticket desk.
If you purchased your bag with your tickets, it will be in the same order confirmation email.
If you order the tote bag separately, it will have its own confirmation email you will need to bring to the ticket desk.
Please note that your order status will remain “Pending” until after the show.

While we currently don't provide evaluation or wholesale buying services at the show, you can definitely talk to our vendors to see if they're interested in your collection. Many of our vendors are always on the lookout for new treasures!

Absolutely! You can bring up to 5 records with you to the show. Just make sure to check them in at the ticketing counter when you arrive. Please note that you can only solicit your records to show vendors, not fellow attendees.
If you're caught soliciting records to other attendees on the showroom floor, you'll be asked to leave the show, and your ticket will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our event enjoyable for everyone!

Getting tickets is easy! You can purchase them online by visiting the show page. To see all our upcoming shows, click here.
Tickets can also be purchased at the entrance of each event with cash, card, or check. We can't wait to see you there and help you find the music you love and the memories it holds!

All purchases are made directly with vendors.
While most vendors accept cash or card, some are cash-only.
We recommend bringing some cash or a debit card so you can use the ATM at the show if needed.

We strive to recruit a diverse group of vendors for every show, offering a wide range of music genres.
While we can't guarantee you'll find exactly what you're looking for, part of the fun of a record show is the thrill of discovery—you never know what's going to be in the next box. Happy hunting!

You can check the event details section for all or shows to see if we have food onsite.
If we do not have food onsite, all show locations have restaurants or delivery options nearby.If you need to leave for lunch, don't worry—your ticket gives you access till the show ends.
